Mrs. Edna Kay Hall always knew she had to fulfill her desire to help those in need. In September of 2020 with the help of her family and a few friends she started going to the homeless encampments and giving out needed supplies and clothing.
She knew and understood it was necessary and important to start a nonprofit organization that had the core values of her goals and mission. Thus, on December 23, 2020, Family and Friends Outreach officially stepped out onto the Northern California community outreach scene.
Family and Friends Outreach serves to ensure that those in need—the homeless, the sick, the shut-in, and the elderly are not forgotten. We are committed to sharing our services and resources to those in need and exposing and educating our community about the services of Family and Friends Outreach.
